The service
Presentwise lets you keep wishes, tastes and sizes, design your Gift ID, connect with other people, decide what to share with each of them and coordinate gifts. Presentwise does not sell products, does not move money and does not guarantee prices, availability or conditions of linked stores.
Your account
You sign in with Customy Access (email and password, or Google). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be of legal age to contract in your country.
Acceptable use
Do not use Presentwise for illegal activities, to harass other people, to try to access other people's data or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Your content
The data you add is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy (/privacidad). What you share with another person remains visible to them while that permission is active.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Presentwise available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". Purchases are made directly with each store. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may change the service or these terms; the current version will be published here. You can stop using Presentwise and request deletion of your account at any time.
